Welcome to our Self Service portal

This portal provides different facilities depending whether you are Staff, Student or Parent, but its main purpose is to let you change your password without needing to logon in school.

 

What do I do now?


Step 1:  Sign in & Enrollment

When you arrive here for the first time, please sign in using your username and password. 

You will be prompted to choose two security questions and provide the answers.

In future when you login, you will not be prompted to enroll.

Step 2: Change your password (if you want)

Once you have enrolled, you will see two or more tabs across the top of the page. 

Everyone will have a 'Change Password' tab.

Clicking this will prompt you for your old (current) password then a new password twice.

It must meet the requirements given at the top of that page.

Step 3: My Info

Staff and Parents will additionally see a 'My Info' tab. 

Staff will be able to see and update some of their details.

Parents will be able to view the email address we have on record for you.

If you want to update a box which is greyed-out, please contact IT Support on
ITSupport@southcraven.org or ring the school on 01535 632861.
But what if I've forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, you can use the 'Reset Password'
link on the right to reset it.


This will ask you the questions that you created during Enrollment, then allow you to reset it.
